LQE provides resource development and management strategies to the charitable sector in Western Canada, providing professional expertise, advice and guidance to help non-profit organisations meet their goals and fulfill their missions.
 
Founded in 1998 by Vivian Smith to address the gap in consulting services to the charitable sector in southwest BC, LQE strives to reflect the local culture and respond creatively and quickly to the sector’s demands, rather than relying on large and overly bureaucratic structures.  Since its inception, LQE has grown from a one-person business to a multi-consultant organisation with each member of the Liberty Quest Team bringing his or her own specific skills and depth of knowledge, as well as overlapping skill-sets to our clients, creating a well-rounded pool of expertise.
